How does one connect with their environment?

Places of historical significance can become landmarks- creating spatial awareness and encouraged movement (pathways) in built environments.

Young people are looking for other options outside the capitalist systems built into daily life in the U.S.
Many seek both agency and community by learning manual skills and indigenous-based land knowledge in green spaces and farms.

How do we tactically iteract with spaces? Is our daily architecure enough to fufill our need for connection to the earth and other people?

How do we occupy the spaces we feel most comfortable with, or at home in? Having environments we can rely on and feel safe in fosters the ability to relate and emphathize with others.

With our climate rapidly changing, current structures and spaces must be adapted to meet new issues. Our healthcare systems, waste managment, and job market will be effected immensely, with the brunt weight of failing systems falling on those in the Global South.
